BUYER POLICY

1. We will give you a full refund if your item never ships or does not match the listing description. Otherwise, all sales are final.  

2. When you purchase from Shop Restyle Boutique, we don’t release payment to the seller until you have received your order as described. You have three days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem on the Shop Restyle Boutique website with a supporting photo. If we verify your claim, we will refund you the money and send you a label to ship it back.

SELLER POLICY

1. All fees are simple. It’s always free to list an item on Shop Restyle Boutique.

We use USPS for shipping. For packages under 5 pounds, we provide a prepaid label for $7. If your package is over 5 pounds, you must generate a new shipping label. There is an additional fee for packages over 5 pounds, which will be deducted from your earnings.
